Jeff F. Krieger, EA, ABA, ATA, ATP - President,
Senior Accountant
He has over 25+ years of accounting and taxation
experience. Accredited by the Accreditation Council of
Accountancy in the fields of Federal Taxation and Accountancy
and is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue
Service. He is a member of the National Society of
Accountants, Missouri Society of Accountants, National
Association of Enrolled Agents, and the Missouri Society of
Enrolled Agents. He has served as the President of
the Missouri Society of Accountants. He has served as
president of the Mid-MO Chapter of the Missouri Society of
Accountants. He has also served as a member of the
Federal Taxation Committee of the National Society of
Accountants.

Debra Denning, EA, ABA, ATP- Senior Staff
Accountant
She has 18+ years of accounting and tax experience.
Accredited by the Accreditation Council of Accountancy in the
field of Accountancy and Tax Preparation and is enrolled
to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. She is
an active member of the National Society of Accountants (NSA)
and the Missouri Society of Accountants (MSA).

Joyce Murphy, CPA- Staff Accountant
A Licensed Certified Public Accountant holding a Masters
degree in Accountancy from the University of Missouri,
Columbia. She has over 25 year of accounting and
taxation experience. She held positions with the
State of Missouri, Office of Administration, where she held
various positions including Financial Reporting Manager for
the Division of Accounting, Director of Purchasing and
Materials Management, and Deputy Commissioner of
Administration. She participates in professional
accounting organizations including the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Missouri Society of
Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), the Association of
Governmental Accountants (AGA), and the National Association
of State Auditors, Comptrollers, and Treasurers
(NASACT). She was also active in the National
Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO), for which
she is a Past President. She was appointed to the
National Electronic Commerce Coordination Council (eC3) and
elected Chair. She also served on ad hoc task forces
for such organizations as the Governmental Accounting
Standards Board, the Council of State Governments, and the
State of Missouri.
